About this Wine
Notes of blackberry, plum, raspberry, dried leaves, violet, forest floor, and baking spice. Crafted by the winemaker with minimal intervention and certified organic from 30+ year old vines. Aged ten months with 90% in stainless steel and 10% in neutral oak for dry, medium tannin and acidity with a light body. If you only know Argentinian and Chilean Malbecs, you're in for a real surprise and delight with this phenomenal French expression of the varietal.
Pairs well with beef, lamb, and venison.
