About the wine
Single estate blend of 90% Trebbiano Toscano and 10% Malvasia Bianco organic certified grapes. Aged in stainless steel containers for 6 months.
Aromas of tropical fruits; juicy pineapple, ripe mango & fresh papaya. Subtle citrus notes of clementine, Key lime & pink grapefruit. Clean, light body, bright acidity and concentrated minerality, with a dry, lengthy finish.
Enjoy with spinach salads, soft cheeses, grilled chicken or fish, and sushi. Also pairs well with spicy dishes such as Indian, Korean BBQ, Mexican, and Thai.
